These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jj55game. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing a wager on jj55game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between jj55game ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or in any way uses the jj55game platform available at jj55game.app and any related sub-domains, mobile applications, or associated services (collectively, "the Platform").

Registration by, or on behalf of, any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. jj55game will request age verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle. Accounts where the account holder is confirmed to be under 21 will be permanently closed immediately, with any funds held in the account subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active jj55game account. To access the full features of jj55game, including the ability to place real-money bets, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including, but not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, residential address within Pakistan (or your applicable jurisdiction), and a valid Pakistani mobile number for authentication purposes.
jj55game operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in compliance with its licensing obligations and applicable anti-money-laundering standards. jj55game currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). jj55game does not accept deposits or initiate withdrawals using cryptocurrency, credit cards issued outside Pakistan, or any payment method not explicitly listed in the jj55game cashier at the time of transaction.
The minimum deposit amount on jj55game is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make a deposit on the account, or to a verified bank account in the account holder's name. jj55game reserves the right to apply additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests placed while a bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding will be held until the wagering requirement is fulfilled or the bonus is forfeited.
jj55game offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps as detailed in the individual promotion terms at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
Bonus funds credited to your jj55game account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on certain games may contribute at a reduced percentage toward wagering requirements. Free spins winnings are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion.
jj55game employs automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses using duplicate accounts, exploiting low house-edge games to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal real risk, placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk, and coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited, and may be permanently banned from jj55game.
Notice: jj55game reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. jj55game reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that resulted from a manifest technical error or typographical mistake ("palpable error"), regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Bets voided due to palpable error will be refunded to the player's jj55game account at the stake originally placed. This right is exercised reasonably and is not used to disadvantage players after the outcome of an event has been determined by legitimate means.

A jj55game account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. jj55game will notify the account holder at the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. Dormant account fees, where applicable, will be clearly communicated in the notification. Accounts that have been dormant for 36 consecutive months with a zero balance may be permanently closed without further notice.
jj55game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, jj55game will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the registered email address or an on-platform notification. Your continued use of jj55game after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jj55game holds its international gaming license. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between you and jj55game through our customer support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body as specified by jj55game's licensing authority.
Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact jj55game's customer support team and allow a minimum of 30 calendar days for the matter to be investigated and resolved internally. jj55game's internal dispute resolution process is free of charge to players and is handled by a designated disputes team independent of the operational customer support team.
